With Myspot you can easily manage your workplace booking experience. Choose between workstations, meeting rooms, car parking, catering services and schedule all your reservations handily with Myspot app.
My role
Mantain up-to-date the Design System and iteratively refined the components based on user feedback and new features in order to enhance usability and visual appeal.

Increased efficency
The intuitive interface allows users to book whatever and whenever they want effortlessly.
Optimized scheduling
With the integrated agenda users can manage all the reservation and sync them to the calendar.

Setup of editorial graphic material, white papers, assets for corporate communication and social media following the Style Guide.
